About IntoCal
IntoCal is a scheduling and booking product built by Digiproduct OÜ, a software company registered in Estonia. We make the cleanest Outlook-first booking tool: beautiful personal booking pages, team round-robin, one-line embeds, and native AI-agent bookings over the Model Context Protocol.
Why we built it
Scheduling tools split into two camps: polished products that treat Microsoft 365 as an afterthought, and Microsoft-native tools stuck with booking pages that look a decade old. Teams living in Outlook had to choose between a good calendar and a good booking experience. IntoCal exists so they don't have to.
The second reason is newer: people increasingly book meetings through an assistant rather than a web form. Rather than bolt AI on afterwards, we made every IntoCal account addressable by AI agents from day one — with the same availability rules, confirmations and guest verification a human booker gets.
What we believe
Outlook-first, not Outlook-later
Most booking tools treat Microsoft 365 as a checkbox. IntoCal was built around it — two-way sync, Teams links, and shared calendars work on every plan.
Built for AI agents too
Every IntoCal user gets a hosted MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Windsurf can check availability and book meetings without a plugin or a scraper.
EU-first and privacy-serious
GDPR-compliant by default, with data-processing terms available to every customer and no resale of booking data. Ever.
