    Book meetings with MCP

Point your agent at IntoCal's hosted MCP server and it gets native access to check availability, book meetings, and manage your calendar. No install required.

    Ask your agent to…

Copy any prompt and drop it into your MCP client.

"Find times @jane is free next week for a 30-minute intro call and book me in."
"Show me all my upcoming meetings on IntoCal and their guests."
"Cancel my 4pm meeting today and email the guest to reschedule."
"Book a 15-min demo with alex@acme.com on Thursday afternoon."
"List every event type on my calendar and which ones are AI-bookable."
"What times can @jane and I both meet next Tuesday morning?"

    One URL. Every client.

    MCP scheduling FAQ

How do I let an AI agent book meetings on my calendar?

Create a free IntoCal account, open Dashboard → AI & MCP, and copy your personal MCP URL. Paste that URL into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf or any MCP-compatible client. The agent can then check your real availability and create bookings using the same rules as your public booking page.

Do I need to install anything to use IntoCal's MCP server?

No. IntoCal hosts a remote MCP server per user over Streamable HTTP. There is no package to install and nothing to run locally — you only add a URL to your MCP client's config.

Is it safe to let a third-party AI book me?

Yes. Unauthenticated (public-mode) calls can only request a booking; it stays pending until the guest clicks an email confirmation link. Owner-mode calls, authenticated with your own API key, can auto-confirm.

Which AI clients support IntoCal MCP?

Any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP, including Claude Desktop and Claude Code, ChatGPT connectors, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf and Warp.

What can the agent actually do?

List event types, query open slots between two timestamps, request or create a booking, list team hosts for an event, and list or cancel existing bookings. Owner-only tools require your API key.

Does it work with Outlook and Google Calendar?

Yes. MCP uses the same availability engine as the booking page, so Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar busy times are already subtracted from the slots an agent sees.

    Does MCP access cost extra?

No. The hosted MCP server is available on every plan, including the free tier, subject to fair-use rate limits.

Ready to let your agent book meetings?

Free forever tier. No credit card. Get your MCP URL in under 60 seconds.
