IntoCal

    Terms of Service

    Last updated: 16 October 2026

    1. Who you are contracting with

    IntoCal (the "Service") is operated by Digiproduct OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("IntoCal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Digiproduct OÜ.

    2. Acceptance

    By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into contracts.

    3. The service

    IntoCal is a scheduling and booking platform that lets you publish booking pages, share availability, take bookings from your invitees, and integrate with third-party calendars, video and payment providers you choose to connect. Specific features available to you depend on the plan you select.

    4. Your account

    You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

    5. Acceptable use

    You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

    • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful;
    • send spam or unsolicited communications through booking pages, guest emails, or integrations;
    • infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
    • upload malware, probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
    • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical or usage limits;
    • resell or redistribute the Service other than as expressly permitted by your plan.

    6. Intellectual property

    Digiproduct OÜ retains all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and content provided by us. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service within the plan you have selected.

    7. Your content

    You retain ownership of the content you or your invitees submit to the Service (booking data, event descriptions, uploaded assets, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.

    8. Payments, subscriptions, taxes and refunds

    Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout / Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in our Refund Policy.

    Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel or manage your subscription from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

    9. Third-party integrations

    The Service can connect to third-party services (for example Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Stripe, and AI assistants via MCP). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

    10. Service availability and warranties

    We work hard to keep the Service reliable but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific integration or feature will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    11. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service in that period. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

    12. Indemnity

    You will indemnify and hold Digiproduct OÜ harmless from any third-party claims arising out of your content, your invitees' use of the Service via your booking pages, your breach of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Service.

    13. Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You can terminate at any time by closing your account. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you will have a reasonable window to export your data before it is deleted or anonymised.

    14. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

    15. Assignment

    You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

    16. Force majeure

    Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

    17. Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
