Why your booking link shows no available times
An empty booking page has five common causes — missing availability rules, minimum notice, buffers, timezone, and calendar conflicts. Diagnose it in order.
Short answer: An empty booking page almost always comes from one of five settings: no weekly availability rule saved, a minimum-notice window longer than your booking horizon, buffers that consume every gap, a timezone mismatch that pushes your hours outside the guest's visible range, or a calendar full of events marked Busy. Check them in that order — the first two account for most cases.
Run the five checks
- Availability rule exists. Open Dashboard → Availability. A brand-new account has no saved weekly hours until you save the schedule once — an untouched default does not count.
- Minimum notice vs horizon. If minimum notice is 48 hours and the booking horizon is 2 days, the bookable window is roughly zero. Keep the horizon at least 5× the notice period.
- Buffers and duration. A 60-minute event with 30-minute buffers on both sides needs a two-hour clear gap. Drop buffers to 10 minutes and re-check.
- Timezone. Your hours are stored in your timezone and rendered in the guest's. 09:00–17:00 CET viewed from California starts at midnight — visible, but easy to misread as empty. Confirm the timezone selector at the top of the page.
- Calendar conflicts. Open the calendar you connected for the next two weeks. If it is wall to wall Busy, the scheduler is correct and the fix is in your calendar, not the tool.
Less obvious causes
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Empty only on certain days | Date override set to unavailable | Availability → Date overrides, remove the entry |
| Empty for a team event | Collective mode needs every host free at once | Switch to round-robin, or reduce required hosts |
| Empty right after connecting a calendar | First backfill sync still running | Wait a minute, then hit Sync now |
| Empty for everyone but you | Event type is unpublished or private | Event Types → set to public |
| Only the first slot of each day shows | Slot interval equal to the whole working block | Set the interval to the event duration |
| Everything disappeared overnight | Calendar connection expired | Reconnect in Integrations — check the dashboard banner |
Verify like a guest
Always test in an incognito window with a different timezone selected. Signed in as the owner you may see preview slots that a real visitor does not. If the incognito page shows times and your guest still reports none, ask which timezone and date range they were viewing — nine times out of ten it is a horizon question, not a bug.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my booking page show no available times?
Most often no weekly availability rule has been saved, or the minimum notice period is longer than the booking horizon, leaving no bookable window.
Why are slots missing only on some days?
A date override is probably set to unavailable for those days. Remove it under Availability → Date overrides.
Why does a team event show no slots?
Collective events require every required host to be free at the same time. Switch to round-robin or reduce the number of required hosts.
My calendar just connected and the page is empty — is it broken?
The first backfill sync may still be running. Wait a minute and press Sync now, then reload the page.
Should I test my booking link while signed in?
No. Test in an incognito window with a guest timezone selected, since the owner view can show preview slots visitors do not get.
All my slots vanished overnight. What happened?
Usually an expired calendar connection. Reconnect in Integrations — the dashboard banner and the daily sync health email both flag this.
