Create a personal booking page in 5 minutes
Claim your intocal.com/yourname URL, connect your calendar, and share the link. No design skills required.
Short answer: sign up at intocal.com, pick your username, connect your calendar, add one event type, and share intocal.com/yourname. Five minutes end to end.
Step 1 — Sign up and claim your username
Your username becomes your booking URL forever, so pick carefully. Full name, handle, or company — up to you.
Step 2 — Connect Google or Outlook
One-click OAuth. IntoCal reads your busy times immediately so guests can only book slots when you're free.
Step 3 — Create your first event type
- Give it a name (e.g. "Intro call").
- Pick a duration (15, 30, 60 min).
- Choose a location: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, IntoCal Meet, in-person, or phone.
- Set buffers and minimum notice if you want breathing room.
Step 4 — Add a bio and links
Your intocal.com/yourname page renders a bio, avatar, and a list of your event types. Add yours in Dashboard → Landing.
Step 5 — Share the link
Drop intocal.com/yourname into your email signature, LinkedIn bio, and website. Done.
In summary: a personal booking page is 5 minutes to set up and lasts forever. The rest is polish — bio, avatar, links, embed. For availability rules, calendar connections, testing, and troubleshooting, follow the complete online appointment scheduling guide.
